Is this the support you are looking for?

  • You feel unheard or caught in a recurring relationship pattern.
  • You want to express your needs or set boundaries with more confidence.
  • You are uncertain about marriage, shidduchim, or the next relationship step.
  • You are navigating divorce, preparing for remarriage, or trying to understand what you want to do differently.

What you can work toward

Understand your experience

Make room for feelings, expectations, and needs before rushing to a solution.

Strengthen boundaries

Explore what is within your control and how to communicate limits with clarity and respect.

Choose intentionally

Identify priorities and practice responses that support steadier relationship decisions.

What happens in sessions?

Core individual coaching packages use 60-minute sessions. Sara listens to the concerns bringing you in, explores relevant patterns with you, and helps clarify your goals. Sessions may include reflection, communication practice, and exercises tailored to your situation. Introductory and returning-client options are discussed privately.

How are fees and next steps explained?

Coaching is offered through structured packages. Sara will discuss the appropriate options, fees, and payment arrangements privately before you decide to begin. An introductory option may be available if you want to experience the work before choosing a longer package.

Common questions

Can one person change a relationship?

You can change your own responses, communication, and boundaries. That may influence an interaction, but it does not guarantee that another person will change.

Is this individual psychotherapy?

No. Sara’s current private offering is relationship coaching and education. Coaching does not replace psychotherapy or treatment for mental health conditions.

Can coaching help with shidduch decisions?

Coaching can help you clarify expectations, identify questions to discuss, and make more thoughtful relationship decisions. It is not matchmaking.

Sara’s private practice offers coaching and relationship education, not psychotherapy. Coaching is not appropriate for every situation; the consultation helps clarify the right support.
